TASTING, BLENDING AND CUPPING

Coffee blending development involves tasting and cupping to evaluate individual beans’ flavours, aromas, and balance. Cupping highlights the unique characteristics of each origin, allowing roasters to identify complementary profiles. Through blending, different beans are combined to create a harmonious flavour, enhancing complexity, body, and consistency for the perfect cup.
